Hi Ray,
Beautiful with the silhouettes.
Hi Ray,
Beautiful with the silhouettes.
Hi Digirame,
That Rose photo is stunning.
I'm still figuring it out but I'm close to finding a solution where you dont need an umbrella at all, will need rain clothing though and in regard to the equipment rain dress those as well, fully waterproof even. I'll get back about it once I'm done experimenting.
Thanks, perhaps you can share any of those as well, now you got me curious.
Thanks!
Thank you!
Mocha,
Thanks. I took that photo last June of 2022. We had rain and then the sun popped out. So I got the combination of raindrops and sunshine.
Ray, here's one you might like. I took it in near darkness at ISO12800 and a very slow shutter speed. I don't think I needed F10 for the depth of field, but "it is what it is". 😀 I had to brighten it up a little in post.

Those are great! Beautiful compositions and very impressive capture of the light and silhouettes - excellent work!
This was shot with a Taisei Kogaku Micro-Tamron 70 mm f/5.6 lens on a Canon EOS R5.

Those are beautiful, all of them.
p.s.
In the very last the silhouette of the person holding the surfboard strongly resembles someone with a cape on, it could have easily been a cover for a Dune book (the part of the series Brian Herbert authored, of which I am a great fan btw).
You are spoiling us Digirame! I love them all.
The above is my favourite.
It's a good attempt Steve.
Try focusing on the leaves next time. That would make it look a lot more planned.
