I was looking thru some old photos (37 TB of data, 11 external HDs) and found this image. I'm not sure why I processed it like this, but it does remind me of an English artist - just not sure who. Any thoughts?

Looks to me more like a late 19th century painter. The kind of landscape that might have been shown at the Royal Academy in London in the 1890s.
