I was hoping the same thing. Just figured it would pop up next week.

If you are looking for the one Jim starts, he posted the last one on DPR for the remaining days.

Personally, I'd like to see one long image thread like FM does it. I do not think there is a 150 message limit here any more. It's more convenient if you want to thumb backwards.

The weekly thread was one of my favorite features on the DPR medium format forums. I tended to give myself projects to work on in preparation to post for the upcoming week. Probably just me, but having a time constraint seems to give it more life.

I actually think the weekly refresh worked well. It's a very active thread and keeping weekly it allows for a special take or focus to be introduced every once in a while to keep things fresh. This last week at DPR, Jim changed it up a bit and it's been a lot of fun seeing what everyone decided to put up. Just My two cents.

I agree, weekly with a theme gives it a bit extra.

Totally agree. The weekly thread was a pain for anyone wanting to review images. You had to look at the week's images, then look for another thread, etc., ad nauseam.

Make a general images thread, like they have on L-Camera-Forum for Leica. You can review years of images all on one thread. Much more convenient.

I like those FM threads (camera specific as well as lens specific) more than the weekly threads.

I was planning on starting one on Friday, like I did with the MF forum on DPR.

What the hey. I started a thread to get us to the end of the week. I had to take all the stuff about threading out of the boilerplate. Hopefully we'll get threading some day and I can put it back.
