Not much shooting this week; too busy with work. :-( I tried to get a picture of the lunar eclipse, but there were clouds in the eastern sky. Once the moon appeared, it was bright and full. 500mm is not enough. I wish I had a longer lens! :-)

Intriguing, is she trying to set up tent in such manner? Or shake sand out of tent? Or just caught flown by wind tent?

I quite often go to events because I need to show something in weekly thread and it keeps me active in photography, otherwise I'd think that I'll start shooting more when I retire. For this I have to blame and thank You!
On other hand I want to clear my head from daily problems and work, going to events and experincing something new is one of best ways for that.
When it comes into that old car show then I'm in no way car enthusiast but looking old cars and other old machinery is fascinating for me, so I'd probably visited it even if I didn't shoot, but now I got 2 interests combined in one visit! -

Great shots and description, you are describing your journey so well that I'm feeling like I followed you in this trip.
I think that the overcast late shots are benefitting from rain, it seems to me that during or after rain plants look more fresh and colourful. -
I like first shot, you managed to capture tree and moon reasonably exposed and in focus, usually it's either one or other, never both together.

In this case usual recommendation "zoom with your legs" does not apply... But nice result anyway, looks sharp enough.

I like old cars, particularly Mercedes, which I can see a few of. You captured the essence of the event very well.

I like the colours of OM more than Fuji, which are more vivid, perhaps because of lighting conditions. I like subtle colours more here.
