Beautiful shots, I liked the bilberry shot the most and last one's use of DoF, butt all of them are very nice.

I like both of these shots a lot! For my taste they could use a bit more dramatic processing, given the industrial setting, but I love the compositions, colors and lines and also think the distortion works very well here. Wouldn't be the same completely straightened.

I think the garden looks pretty good for late October. I wish mine looked like that!

I like the roofs against the dramatic clouds.

Signs like this are a real annoyance. And obtrusive lighting fittings. I often think the people who install them have no soul.

The light is gorgeous at this time of year. We were last there in midsummer, and I remember noticing how much more difficult it was to work with. Latitude is almost exactly 45 degrees, so midsummer midday sun is quite high (to us northerners!)

I'm glad it's not just me. I really wish they would simply leave sites like this alone. Fortunately they didn't go as far as installing lights, thank goodness.

Well everything went well, it was only a practice for the younger ones in our local Fire Brigade. Nice to see these young guys suddenly doing grown up things. They love it :-)
