This year has been wet, wet, wet, and my day out to Lake Garda was no different.

Well, this summer we have had record amounts of rain. The pictures above were made after a very heavy thunderstorm.
We were thinking of going to Cogne, in the Val d'Aosta this year. A thunderstorm last week washed the only access road away and they had to evacuate hundreds of visitors with helicopters.
