Just some thoughts...
It might be interesting if there was a "photography news" category as is the home page of dpreview.com. We could review equipment there regardless of the brand. We also could list links to other photography articles, photography contests and news or even press release about new products.
Sure there is the open talk forum but I think we could have a page that would gather everything that someone would want to see quickly without loosing it if it's in the forums.
So, what do you think. Could it be useful? And, more importand, could it work? Can you write a review or an article?

Actually, thinking about it, we already have a "News & rumours" forum. Maybe change that to 2 forums, one for news and one for rumours.
