Beautiful colors. The green looks great against yellow.

a friend came around the other day as he has always wanted to see my studio/lab, i set him up with a live spider and his A1mk2 for a play, he was there all day and said it was the best fun shooting images he has ever had ( wildlife shooter), he said he knows why no one gets to see my setup, 8 years in the making and extremly simple and extremely complex at the same time, its like playing a fully manual video game with live subjects , kinda like going on an african safari at your desk, your shooting your subjects with your camera. I had a few weeks ago sony want to use my images but also wanted to see the setup. i rejected there advance, money cant buy what i have designed and once out there i will just be one on the masses. my mate said it makes his camera gear insignificant in the process of capturing the images. but only the latest cameras are part of the process of my machine. at the end we get to put the bugs back where i get them from. like shooting a model in my actual portrait studio but they are bugs. my setup ocupies 300mmx300mm space on my desk nothing like what i see posted by others.

Someday, you'll have to tell us how you do it 😀
By the way, I know a few macro enthusiasts who reject extreme macro precisely because it is usually necessary to work with dead specimens...
