From the user manual, it stated that
Does that mean that in order to see the subject in real-time (with blackout) during burst shooting, I have to use Continuous Shooting: H, which is 8FPS?

Check this VIDEO at 3:36, should be the same on RV, instead of actual blackout, you'll see a slideshow with a small delay to the actual movement. (you see a last taken frame, and blackout frames are technically hidden from the view)

To see the subject in real time, with no blackout, you would need to use a stacked sensor camera (A9, A9II, or A1), and shoot with electronic shutter. Any mechanical second curtain will be covering the sensor during readout. And any non-stacked sensor will be unable to update the viewfinder during exposure.

The 10fps (with blackout) is quite doable for most action shooting, though it does take a bit of practice to get the hang of tracking when there is a lag and flicker going on. Until recently, every camera had that issue, and people have just had to cope.
That said, the stacked sensor cameras shooting in ES mode with no blackout are quite a different experience, and a joy to use after working past the limitations of mech shutter cameras.
