Looks like no more email notifications are send right now?
Seen a couple of reactions in threads that I have setup for email notifications but haven't received any emails
This happened before but back than it was an server side issue (to many emails in total send If I remember correct)

There's still a lot of development going on at the back end to try and close down these issues. I'll see if Martin has done anything recently.
