Could threads that I've started (my threads) be included in the subscribed threads list, as well as being in the my threads?

Set your forum options to subscribe yourself to threads you start: dprevived.com/options/forum-options/

Thanks nightowl, it works for new threads, but unfortunately not for ones already posted. Maybe I've missed something, but I didn't know forum-options existed.

These forum options are defaults that only apply from when you change them onwards. If you want earlier threads to show up in your subs list you’ll need to go and subscribe to those individually.
You can do that from the bottom of a thread, the button with the star (next to the blue reply button).
The forum options, and other features are in the menu by clicking your avatar/icon at the top right of the forum navigation bar.

Thanks again. Don't know how I missed the options. Also I thought that Disabled meant that the ability to set it was disabled not that notifications/subscription were disabled.
