Wow, well seen and captured!
Love the angle/framing and drama in the sky and the bridge in a distance and lonely female figure in the foreground and... should I continue? -

Thanks David, I think some noise comes from Silver Effex Pro BW conversion. I can't remember what setting I used. And the sky has noise when exposure corrected, it was overexposed w/o any adjustment but I don't know why it became like this after highlights reduced.
