Most Images Not Loading on Mobile - New Problem Today

Until today I've been able to see everything on this site - text and images- on computer and mobile devices. Beginning today, my mobile devices show the icon below instead of most of the photos, including the ones I could see yesterday and previously. Text is rendered OK. I haven't updated anything or altered any settings recently.

I am using the latest model iPhone with the latest iOS and an older Ipad pro with the latest iOS. I've tried both Safari and Chrome but it doesn't make any difference. The only clues I have so far is that I do know of two images that were loaded via link to photo host that DO show, and two images that are loaded directly from computer that do NOT show. That could be a coincidence but thought I'd mention it.

I can see everything on the computer as usual without problems. I'm curious to know if others are having this trouble, and if there's something I need to do on my end to solve it.

Update logged people out making them browse the site as guests who don't have permission to see the attachments.

The solution is to sign in. May be also good idea to write a plugin that displays message naging people to sign in so they can see attachments.

Sorry it took so long to answer, but after you said that about an update, I did what I should have done before I asked any questions - logged out, cleared browser, restarted mobiles, logged back in. That has solved it, on both devices. Thanks for your time and sorry for bothering you.

Actually, I noticed today that uploaded images and not just linked images are now visible without having to be logged on. I observed this from my tablet and just tried it on my work phone. In both cases I can see all images in the thread. (I checked out Lonely Benches to see if any have been added.) Maybe that was in last night's update.

You are right. I logged off and can still see images. I've never been able to see more than a few if not logged in. A friend who isn't registered yet can also see all images.
