Minor updates to the web site

On the web site landing page (www.the-photo.org/) I have updated the front page and also added another set of pictures to my portfolio (click on 'Whats new').

If anyone wants their portfolio on there, please ask.

I've added this weeks winner to the front page of the web site and also split the competition winners pages up a bit more (they were getting too long).
