I have got impression that 'leading lines' means lines, leading eye to something important. Unfortunately I have taken almost no such images, thereby concentrate just to 'lines' part :)
Maybe here some lines lead to something though:
Or here - we at least can imagine that they lead into some [better?] place:
But those lines, they do not lead anywhere... and they are even not lines anymore.

This little swamp is about a half hour from here. The bridge offers fun opportunities for leading lines in any season, but this one may be my all time favorite.

As @ArvoJ mentined earlier Leading lines in best case should lead your eye to something else in the image.
Here's one from Winter in Mühlbach , Austriaand one from a snow shoe walk where the tracks you make, create the leading lines :-)

I can be a bit slow off the mark sometimes. I was sitting here trying to work out how you might have done that in pp or had someone stolen the walkway... When the reality suddenly dawned on me... 😏 Wonderful capture. -
Thanks Bryan. There's very little editing here, it is pretty much straight from the camera. The trick is finding where the reflection starts!
I won a nice $1000 prize for it and got it on a travel brochure, so that was another reason it was a favorite, plus I while I was taking it I met a homeless vagrant who was going through the trash, and she told me where another, more obscure swamp with great reflections could be found. Thus began my love affair with swamps! You can never know, when you set out with your camera, what may happen!

I also like the little surprises you get while out with the camera. Especially when walking.
When riding a bike you miss so many things, and in a car you see almost nothing in comparison ;-) -
