Jpeg blow, how do you paste an image directly on the thread?

When you select your image, click on the little multiple window icon and it will insert the image.

Looks like when you upload a 4MB or less photo, click on the photo and there is a square. Click on that. it looks like it adds a bunch of gibberish to the file, but when you post it, it turns into the photo.
