I've not been on this forum long and I've already learnt a lot. You don't learn as much from social clubs as most people talk about anything other than the subject matter so forums are the best place. TikTok and Instagram are just full of people showing their stuff and not actually communicating with anyone.

As the years have progressed, I have less free time because I'm working in three career fields now rather than one.
It mostly because I am no longer working for a single large corporation, but as a contract consultant to many smaller outfits. So, less time for running around with a camera. Save for 2020 when most of my clients were shut down. The. I could get around and do some serious shooting.

I still hang around on IRC :) A few channels are still active by themselves, and some due to being bridged with Matrix etc.
Photography clubs are okay… but a lot of the members don't bathe regularly !

When I was a teenager , we were in the pub talking face to face , playing pool and getting drunk .
There weren't really personal computers then , maybe some such as Atari and Comador 64's to play games on ..
To be fair , not a lots changed thirty five years later , but the never replaced the pool table after it fell through the floor . 😕

The poll on dpreview gave me the idea to start a similar poll here out of curiosity.
I suspect most of the members here atm are from dpreview so I suspect the results of the 2 polls will be similar.
For privacy reasons I chose to not make the voting public as it would most likely discourage some members from choosing the appropriate option, if any.
Only moderators and admin can see who actually voted where. Everyone else, including me as poll creator, can see only the tallies for each option.
I did that deliberately.
I suspect that the vast majority of members here are 50+ years of age so I thought that smaller bin sizes for the older age groups might provide more meaningful information. They can still be manually grouped in bin sizes to suit at any time.
