Is it possible to access the exif data of posted images?

    Thanks,

    Rich

Is there a solution for Safari?

I didn't. I assumed the answers regarding Chrome and Firefox were specific solutions to how those browsers interacted only with images on this site. By your response I now realize browsers can be configured to display exif data independent of a site's (built-in?) ability to do that.

As a photography site, do you think it's possible that this site can be configured to display exif independent of individual browsers?

    Thanks,

    Rich

I tried Exif Viewer on Edge, and got this:

Sorry, this image can't be accessed. Most likely the image is missing or inaccessible due to a security restriction on the image's host.

Can you tell us which image you were looking at and how you 'invoked' exifviewer?

OK, I tried that again. The first image here, for example:

    dprevived.com/t/the-weekly-image-thread-23-03-30-772/621/

When I right click, there is "View Exif Info" item on the menu. I click on it, it opens a new tab, and then the error message. If I click on the image first, it opens in a new tab, and then it works. So, there is a workaround.
