Nine seconds of exposure, and it doesn't seem like night... do you use some kind of ND filter? -
I used the “Spectre” app. It takes many images over the 9 seconds and blends them. Works really well.

Very nice capture. Computational photography combined with a good photographic eye is usually no less than a dedicated camera
I cant see EXIF data on my browser, is it the browser or I need to click /check something separately ?
