I must admit, I liked some of @minniev and @ArvoJ 's ideas most, and @AlanSh 's original edit. I liked the way they kept the feeling of light on the building alive. This is something I also tried to do, along with toning down the grass and bringing out the reeds to show the unproductive nature of the land, and keeping a balance with the rust on the roof.
Anyway here's my original edit at a reasonable resolution:

Some really nice interpretations here. As Andrew says, I think the ones that light up the building win it for me. But as I was out on holiday, I forgot to vote!!! Oops.
