Back with some internet for a few hours...
These colour themed threads have certainly created the opportunity to show some brilliant captures.
I used to be a fan of green, especially teal, which was my background for years on my computers.
But in recent years I have gravitated to orange, and this thread is my favourite with so much vibrance, starting with the flower above.
This one above is perhaps my favourite of all the threads. I was thinking surreal, but this is a very real pic so I will say sublime. Soft, delicate, golden hour light matching the natural colours, stamen tips catching the sun. Everything comes together in this shot.
I have posted a few creek / dam reflection shots but this one blows mine and many others away. We don't have such a range of deciduous trees here so I am unlikely to ever get a shot like that with such a variance of autumn colour.
All in all, SimpleJoy and Mark you guys have nailed so many vibrant colour shots. It has opened my eyes and is an inspiration. Not to take anything away from the many other excellent shots posted in these threads. Great work everyone.
