    For all practical purposes the optical performance of these two lenses is the same. You make your choice on which focal length is better suited. (I own and shoot both)

    Thanks to your advice, I just ordered both. They arrive Sunday. Then I’ll have the 14mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 135mm GMs.

    I use my 24GM more because with my A1 I can press my custom button and have 35mm instantly. They are both great lenses.

    They really are. I’ve been using my 24mm for shots of my Son’s car that he wanted a 16x20 print of and it turned out just great. I used mpix and they did a very nice job. I highly recommend them. Metallic paper is pretty.
