What about a transportation forum under Descriptive photography? I'm not sure where to put photos of planes, cars, boats, trains, trams and bikes othewise.

it is very simple... if your subject moves fast enough it goes to "Sport and Action" otherwise it goes to "Macro and Still Life" ... if it is B/W it goes to "B/W" ... if you happen to snap it on your walk or while visiting a show it goes to "Trip/Lcation/PhotoWalk" or "Events Photography", etc...

Personally I think that would be an unfortunate outcome, with photos of similar subjects spread over a large number of forums.
