This is my favorite image, nice light green colour on top part and opposite yellow-brown on bottom half.

In our local Wikipedia it is also called Ungern-Sternberg palace - after the name of count, who let build it. People here do not use that name however.

I think the least Autumnal shot in this set is the nicest.

I find Autumn colours, have a very brief window of opportunity. It usually rains during this window.

    Black Loch

An afternoon walk on a sunny afternoon, hoping to see some autumn colour.

Nearby there is 'red deer lookout' where I hoped to spot some of the locals in the distance. It turns out no sophisticated stalking technique is required.

Wonderful building. All the little details are beautiful. I especially like the stairs and the chimney 😀

I like the way the low sun picks out the contours.

    Thank you.

On a much smaller scale it is a similar effect to the way the sun casts shadows on the lunar surface to give it and its craters more contrast and a sense of depth in non full moon phases.

Lovely "impressionist painter" type of colours in those reflections. The second one here is my favourite.
The third is interesting. Is it one of your double exposures ?
