Very nice scene and the rail lines work well as leading lines but as in the other thread you posted your image, the near blown sky is a distracting eye magnet for me and so detracts a little from the image.
It was shown in the other thread that the sky is largely recoverable (using ACR). To what extent the sky is recovered is obviously up to you.
These came to life when I saw them enlarged, especially the third shot. I like the idea of the water going in different directions.
It is actually near Hartpury Mill, as Google Maps tells me that Hartpury is pretty vast. We saw a ancient monument road sign and had time to kill, so it was an accidental discovery.
I cannot imagine myself having the patience to do this sort of photography. M32 with a 400 lens really shines for this sort of thing.
There is a stone wicker basket. But I think this was more ornamental than anything.

I wonder what the "puddle shot" would look like if the person were to look down into the puddle, as if she could see her own reflection ?
In the other "Wednesday C&C" thread I said I might prefer a version of this shot where some of the right hand side was cropped off, seeing it again, I think I now prefer your original :-)
The first here is nicely framed and the second here shows some good flowing motion with your chosen Shutter speed.
We've also had some of that prolonged rain followed by high water, here in Austria too.
Noticed it again last week in the little streams that we saw in the walk down from Schneeberg. There were 3 places where a tiny, usually dried up, stream sometimes trickles over and crosses a "road". This time there were were big diggers trying to rebuild the road after it had been almost washed away with wild torrents from that little stream. They were in fact making a wall out of big bolders on the lower side so that it will be more protected next time.
We are living in the time of climate change and the promised bad effects are already here!
It's not surprising, when you consider that for every increase of 1 degree C, the air can hold 7% more moisture, and all that extra water can come down as heavy rain. Especially bad when, by chance, it all happens to come down concentrated on some unfortuante local area :-(
