That's a real nice view over the Thames. The murky water looks very clean and inviting here.
The light in the sky and on the water tends to pull you right into the picture.
The B&W processing with lots of contrast has highlighted those clouds and their reflections very well.
In Austria they are called "sheep clouds" which are apparently "Altocumulus" in English. They look pretty but are often a sign of a weather front approaching, bringing bad weather.So a bit like a "wolf in sheep's clothing" :-)
Keeping the buildings dark, allows the reflections on the glass windows to shine out.
