Here's the info I got from Schneider Optics, the makers of the B+W Filter hoods that turned up in searches. I contacted Schneider in the US (East Coast office, in Hauppauge, NY). Brandon Klein sent these tables. I haven't dummied up a hood yet. Maybe later today... In any event, the probable answer to a tele hood with an optimal FoV is going to need a thread adapter as well as the hood.
