Some update information and a new B&W shepherded thread

It has been noted that shepherded weekly formats are successful in creating engagement. All the posted images get answers and the posts are kept fresh. The Photo is looking to build on this model. This week a new shepherded Weekly will start based on B&W. Watch for it. The B&W thread will arrive in "Image Discussions, Critiques and Challenges" on Wed 5. The thread will also embed resources relevant to B&W photography. We will be very interested in responses from everyone.

Also, we are looking at revamping the forums and then the landing page to make it easier to find stuff for new members. This is an ongoing project and we do not have a final design yet. But if you want to have a look at some of the things we are trying, you are welcome to visit dev2.dprevived.com as a guest. Just bear in mind that if you go back the next day, it might have changed.
