    So, my test for images is “would I hang it on my wall at 24x36. Answer, for me: “yes.” This lovely.

    Lovely image. It is deceptively complex. On the surface, it is - as you've said - just sand, sea and sky. But the geometry created by the lines, and changes in tonality, hues and textures makes the image quite watchable.

    Here's on that is not nearly as complex but does fit the theme of minimalist composition. It's a photo of a recessed wall light and the Milwaukee Museum of Art.

    Very nice and an interesting take. The scene in general looks familiar to me. Would that by any chance be taken by one of the burn outflows into Druridge? I have lots of views of such scenes but done very differently!
