Is there a way that a person could return to Categories or even All Threads from the bottom of a page instead of having to scroll all the way back up to the top?

Some of the posts in a given thread might run to 20 or more entries, and it's a little bit of a hassle to have to return all the way back to the beginning,

Not exactly the feature you seek, but most browsers/operating systems offer a “return to top” shortcut.

Agreed, if there’s a way to do this, I’m not seeing it - more than a bit problematic as-is.

If you have a device with a keyboard, the <Home> key will take you to to the top. We are looking into adding navigation at the bottom.

    My phone doesn’t (does anyone’s?)

Some way to navigate from the bottom (or wherever you are) would be great. Thanks for your efforts on all this stuff, I’m sure your plate is pretty full at the moment.

Tapping the very top of the browser window on an iPhone or iPad takes you Home.

Edit to add, on an iPad with an external keyboard, or a Macintosh using a keyboard without at Home Key, you can use CMD (⌘) - up arrow to perform the same function.

FN-Arrow is (single) page up/down. CMD (splat) - arrow is takes you to the very top/bottom. (Which I would have seen if I'd actually read the text in the picture.)

The more you use this software the more you realise it was designed to run best on a phone. That's because it's quite modern, compared to the others.

    Another option is:
Fn–Left Arrow: Home: Scroll to the beginning of a document. (Aka "home.)

Anyone interested in this will benefit from reading Mac keyboard shortcuts

That's a system function — has nothing to do with this site (other than the site doing nothing to overwrite the standard).
