Remove rods from speedring

    There has to be an easier way. I am afraid I will break or tear something.

    There may be but I always just yanked them out. Never tore anything.

    The only help is to push down on the ring and rod end so the rod isn't binding in the hole.

    On my Speedotron ring, there is an indicator mark for the ring hole that you use last as you assemble and first as you disassemble. Its design relieves the stress automatically.
