How did you try and insert the link? You seem to have done it correctly in this thread.

In post editor, if you click on 'insert link' button, then this dialog doesn't allow some kind of links. Unfortunately I can't say, what it checks and can't give good examples - but I had yesterday problem with one long link and this address above

I think the entry fails at the # symbol. Clip after .htm and it’s accepted
Is there a reason the entry box is needed beyond making it easy to add a title. Cut and paste into the message text works fine (in contrast to DPR behavior)

There are 454 nodes / camera links in the right-hand scrolling selection window.
You cannot link directly to one with the message editor.
Just say…
Go to this link, and select camera xxx to see its graph.

It certainly looks like a limitation of link addresses that needs to be fixed. A # is a valid delimiter.
I'll raise it with the developers.

No hurry! You can only tell to people that the "Insert link" icon doesn't work but simple copy/paste does.

But you can! There in Photonstophotos page over that camera list is "link" button. There you have the direct link to actual comparison.

What I currently do is use link button but remove from pound sign on and then paste that in after the link is made.
A bit tedious pasting twice and removing excess isn't too bad.

Just avoid the link button altogether. It was needed at DPR but not here. Paste directly into your message.
