This is the Votivkirche in Vienna, which has recently been cleaned. The church was completed in 1879, in thanksgiving for the Austrian emperor's survival of an assassination attempt. It is 99 m (325 ft) high. There is a lot of interesting info on Wikipedia.
The tree on the right prevented me from taking a square on shot. The lens was the Laowa 15mm shift lens, shifted up by the fullest extent. Aperture was f/8, fwiw!

This was the moon, but viewed through some railings around 400 metres away.
Gullfoss : late at night and all alone
Often, it’s the timing of a visit, rather than just the specific location itself, that can significantly impact the quality of an image.
When we went to the famous Gullfoss waterfalls during the daytime, we were surrounded by a throng of other tourists, and managed to capture the typical views.
However, I decided to return just before midnight for another opportunity, and the atmosphere was entirely transformed, becoming much more majestic.
Thanks to Iceland's nearly endless daylight during the summer, there was still enough light.
And it was also especially good being there all alone to enjoy it.

Wanting to support this thread, and having left my camera on the shelf so far this month, I'm sharing an old photo in honor of a place I have spent many an Oct.1st. Sadly, the historic waterfront of this tiny village of Port Clyde, ME, burned completely three nights ago taking out the boat line offices, the general store, the restaurant, and the Wyeth gallery. I took this from the departing ferry/mail boat, the Elizabeth Ann.
Shot today to capture a ray of sun - there were 36° degrees - I was nearly passing.
It was 35 minutes under the sun trying to get a Heron from a short distance.
As soon as it saw me, he entered a bush and then flew away unseen from the other side.
I looked for some shadow before fainting, looked around and I pointed the camera to what I thought at the moment being an interesting shot.
When home, I perused all the XXXxxXXX Heron shot's
That guy dont let me under 60mt, while not caring for a barking dog less than 10mt away.
Suddenly this single shot appeared. Cropped in DXO enhancing temperature and then Topaz.
