On mobile, there is no notification for answers on a subscribed thread

When I'm interested in a thread, I set it to "subscribed". Back in DPR, I'd get a little red notification in the top right whenever someone added a post to the thread.

There doesn't seem to be an obvious notification for new posts here?

Setting it to "subscribed by email" does work, but if course I'll get an email, which I dislike. I haven't checked how it looks on the desktop.

I'm using Chrome on Android.

...I'll try to check in on this thread every now and then, because I'll probably not get notified of responses...

I think this is not a bug but a feature request, and we already have a couple of threads in the feature section about this one.

In the meantime you can navigate to the subscribed threads section (landscape orientation is required on mobile).

The "subscribed threads" will work for me for now, although I'd certainly appreciate a notification dot somewhere in the UI.
