    Same for me. I like the soup made from it and also the feet, which contain lots of collagen, but I find it particularly difficult to eat the brain!

    I haven't eaten lamb legs, but I have eaten pork legs which, as you mentioned, also have a lot of collagen. Of the lamb, have you tried the tail? My grandmother stewed them with tomato and they were delicious, with a very special texture...
