Is it a film shot converted to digital with your Iphone or is it a digital shot with added digtial grain?

iPhone 12 Pro Max shot in portrait mode reducing the DOF as much as possible. A bit of bokeh effect added in Analog Efex. B&W conversion and grain added in Lightroom. I should have softened the grain a tiny bit…but oh well. Thanks!
