    Verdict here:
    www.cameralabs.com/fujifilm-xs20-review/3/

Out of all the drawbacks, the most serious for me is "video autofocus and stabilisation remain a little behind the best systems out there, particularly when walking and talking."

I probably won't use Auto mode much, given that I plan to edit with DxO PhotoLab. Twin card slots seem unnecessary for me. Weather sealing doesn't matter with the lenses I'll buy. EVF could be better.

None of the drawbacks was what put me off. It was comfort, the shutter sound and the fact that it wasn't that much smaller than my X-T5

Haven't seen any reports of shutter shock.

Did you access the Sound menus to disable mechanical and electronic shutter sound? I saw a YouTube where the shutter sound is audible, and the photographer says "It's so bright I'm using electronic shutter." There shouldn't be any noise for that. See pages 275-277. Fujifilm made an editing error: the section for manual shutter sound and volume is labeled MS electronic [sic] shutter.

I don't think there's shutter shock. It was just the sound was 'sharp' rather than 'muffled' which is the default on my X-T5. I didn't play with any of the settings.
