I'm getting a big popup "Web server is returning an unknown error" after clicking on any menu item.
Just interested if anyone else is getting this?

Not here - but I didn't click on many items, just a few.
You can hard refresh page (Ctrl+F5), sometimes helps. Clearing cookies may help too - but this logs you out and clears customisations. -
No, it works fine.

Going a little further, on my machine it only applies to the"new" Forums menu everything else works.

It is cloudflare error, it is possible that their filter is messed up someways. Try another browser, if possible - this should not change anything, but if dpreview response depends on cookies, then it may.

I just tried the Medium Format forum. Working. That is really the only forum I follow over there since the board change
Edit: I also just checked the only other forum I follow every few days. The Kodak SLR Forum. Almost nothimg happens there since these are all ancient units these days. Anyway, also working.

I found Microsoft Edge, opened DPR, opened Forums, opened Sigma camera talk, posted something with success. Too much trouble for me ...
Had to log in with Google, it didn't recognize my email.
Going to delete the cookies, anticipating plenty of trouble with that ...

Fortunately, I found a User ID and password somewhere on my computer which worked OK - so back to normal for me.
It wasn't just me - several folks there have had the same problem and not just in FireFox.

I occasionally look at the alternative lenses and the science fora, but do not bother to log in. My total block on cookies and ads has no ill effects, but I stay well away from google and such although reluctantly using the Windows preinstalled on my laptop which otherwise is filled with free software (open, not "free" as used to describe beer and lunch)
