We have DXO as one forum and then Topaz without one. Given that they are similar in intent, what do you think about one forum for both products? To me, it makes sense - but I'm not an expert.

I find DXO and Topaz to be wildly different beasts.
It does not make sense given that adobe PS and LR are also separated.On the other hand, consolidation could be made between graphics programs, editors and enhancers groups. Just three categories. But it's just me. I would shrink it all already, because infrequently visited forums are quite a burden.

I agree.
However, I would point out that DXO has its own forum, where I have personally posed my own questions about the software and received useful answers by experts in the software. Topaz also has its own forum, though I have never found a need to visit it.
